ALTHOUGH MORE COSTLY, IF YOU NEED QUICK DELIVERY, USE NEXT DAY AIR SERVICE, OR SECOND DAY AIR SERVICE OFFERED.  NOTE:  NEXT DAY AIR SERVICE MEANS YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY FROM TIME OF SHIPPING,  NO WEEKEND OR HOLIDAY DELIVERIES. 2nd DAY AIR SERVICE MEANS YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR DELIVERY 2 BUSINESS DAYS FROM TIME OF SHIPPING, NO WEEKEND OR HOLIDAY DELIVERIES, THE DAY OF SHIPPING IS NOT COUNTED AS DAY ONE.  ALL U.P.S.     INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHOD

    International orders typically ship with-in 3-4 business days from date of order placement. Most international orders ship via US Postal Air Mail service. Some Canadian orders may ship via UPS ground service. Delivery time for international orders is typically 7 - 10 business days from time of shipping, but may take longer depending on delivery system in your country. Delivery times may vary depending on time spent in customs. Large cages cannot be shipped internationally due to package size restrictions. Live insects cannot be shipped internationally due to customs regulations. Please choose the shipping option 'U.S. Postal Service Air Mail International' during check-out for international orders. Orders to Canada may use INTERNATIONAL AIRMAIL or UPS. 

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    * Please be aware that customer is responsible for any customs fees or taxes due upon delivery. Customers refusing orders at time of delivery will still be responsible for all shipping costs. Note: International shipments refused will incur shipping costs back to us, along with original shipping costs. Customer will be responsible for restricted products that may be confiscated by customs agencies. It is the customers responsibility to determine customs restrictions beforehand.

    You may determine shipping costs by placing an online order. When you enter your address, the shipping charges will be calculated. We reserve the right to adjust shipping costs accordingly, our shipping calculator is set-up to achieve a shipping rate as close as possible to actual charges.  If you decide not to go through with your order after viewing the shipping charges, simply do not proceed with payment information.

    INTERNATIONAL FAST FACTS

    • Most countries will charge you additional duties and taxes in order to receive your package. To determine these charges ahead of time, please contact the Customs Department within your country. Based on your location, the additional duties and taxes range from 0-35% of the total order value, in most countries. The duties and taxes due on your package upon receipt are collected by your country for your country. We will NOT be responsible for customs charges.

       

    • Please note that some of the items that we sell may not be allowed into your country, such as live insects. We will attempt to contact you in the event you order an item that is not importable into your country.

     

    SHIPPING TO APO / FPO ADDRESSES
    Customer's with APO or FPO addresses may be charged additional shipping charges depending on your zip code. This is due to the zones imposed by the United States Postal Service. When you check-out,  if a shipping cost needs to be added to your order we will do so on our end. Please choose USPS PRIORITY MAIL for shipping to APO & FPO addresses.

    SHIPPING TO ALASKA, HAWAII, PR & USVI
    Additional charges may be applied for deliveries to these locations. This is due to the zones imposed by the United States Postal Service. Please choose USPS PRIORITY MAIL as your shipping choice.

    SHIPPING ADDRESS CORRECTIONS
    - Please verify that your shipping address is correct. Incorrect addresses may result in undeliverable packages, or delays. If your address is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid a $5.00 address correction charge. If the shipping address needs to be changed after your package has left our warehouse, a $5.00 charge will be assessed. This charge is assessed by  UPS, and unfortunately must be passed along to you, our customer. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you are charged this fee in error, please contact us immediately so we can dispute the charges with the package carrier.


    NOTICE: SHIPPING COSTS ON CAGES CAN BE HIGHER THAN QUOTED ON LINE. ESPECIALLY WHEN SHIPPING HEAVY WEIGHT ITEMS OR OVERSIZED ITEMS (40 lb. bags or cages) WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ADJUST THE SHIPPING COSTS ACCORDINGLY.

           

  • * All returned checks are subject for a service charge up to the maximum allowed by law for your state. We reserve the right to hold checks until cleared. To order with check or money order payment, print out your order on line, mail printed order along with payment to address below.


    HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
    Internet: All orders placed through our website will receive an order confirmation upon submission. If you placed an order and did not receive an e-mail confirmation, our Customer Service Center is here to answer any questions you may have, call 757-930-0301 or  EMAIL US  with your questions.

    Fax: You can fax an order to us at 757-930-1505. Orders submitted by fax must be paid for by a credit card.

    Mail: Customers who wish to order by mail, can do so by sending their order with payment to:

    CANCELING AN ORDER ALREADY PLACED
    If you wish to cancel an order already placed, please do so as soon as possible to avoid a cancellation fee. Most orders are shipped from our Distribution Center within 24 to 48 hours.

    A $10.00 cancellation fee is assessed if you cancel an order after it has been processed. This fee is assessed to partially cover administrative and/or shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount. If you need to cancel an order, and it has not yet been processed, no cancellation fee will be assessed. Orders over $100.00 that are canceled after processing will be charged a 5% credit card processing fee upon cancellation. This is the amount we are charged when processing credit card orders.

    RETURN POLICY
    We realize that there may be times when an item you ordered needs to be returned. When that does happen, we want to make it as easy as possible for you. Any item can be returned to us for any reason. We only ask that you follow our guidelines when making a return:

     

      1. We will accept returns on any item, for any reason, provided you have requested a return of merchandise and received an R-M  number . Your request must be placed by email or phone with-in 48 hours of your receipt of the merchandise. We will then issue the R-M number that you will need to return with the merchandise.

      2. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase in order to receive a cash refund.

      3. Customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges to return the item (s) to us unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item.
