Thank you for reaching out, Anthony. We’re sorry to hear that your mealworms have started turning brown and dying after several days.

Mealworms can naturally darken as they age and begin transitioning through their life cycle, but a large number dying within a few days can also be related to their storage conditions. We recommend keeping mealworms in a cool, dry location with proper ventilation and providing appropriate food or moisture sources.

Our Live Arrival Guarantee applies to mealworms that arrive deceased or in poor condition when shipped using the qualifying shipping method. Since you indicated that the mealworms arrived in good condition and the issue developed several days later, the Live Arrival Guarantee would not apply to this situation.

If you believe the mealworms are dying due to another issue, please use the Contact Us link at the bottom of our website and provide photos of the mealworms along with your order information. Our customer service team will be happy to review the situation and assist you further.

We’re sorry to hear your mealworms didn't arrive in good condition. If your order was covered under our Live Arrival Guarantee, please reach out to our friendly customer service team, including pictures of the condition of the worms, to request a credit or replacement shipment. Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of the product, we cannot guarantee live arrival when using economy shipping services. As mentioned in the description, we strongly recommend opting for FedEx Priority Overnight shipping with cold packs. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please reach out to our friendly customer service team using the Contact Us link at the bottom of the website for assistance.
