RETURN POLICY

If your products were damaged or defective upon delivery, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not offer exchanges. Customers may return products within 30-days for a refund or store credit, see exclusions below.

  • Products that are unopened and in new condition can be returned for a refund*.
  • Food products that are opened can be returned for store credit to be used towards a future purchase. See exclusions below.
  • Non-food products that have been used are not eligible for return. 

Exclusions: travel carriers (cages, carriers, bags), replacement cage parts (trays), perishable products (live mealworms, opened jarred, canned, or preserved foods), heating accessories (bulbs, lamps, rocks, pads), melted yogurt products, books, Elimina, and Kage Kleen are not eligible for return.

*Cages are subject to a $15 restocking fee. The cage must be returned in the original box with packing material. Insure the package with the carrier in case of damage in return transit. If a package is refused the shipper's original shipping cost and return costs will be deducted from the return value. 

Return Instructions

Ship your package to the return address listed below within 30 days of purchase. Include a copy of your packing slip or order receipt within the package detailing what product is being returned and the reason for return. Keep tracking information of the package to verify proof of return.

Notice: Returns are processed within 3 business days of delivery to us. You will receive an email notification when your return is processed. In most cases the issuing bank will post it to your account within 3-5 business days. PayPal refunds are typically processed immediately. 

Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If a package is refused the shipper's original shipping cost and return costs will be automatically deducted from the return value. International shipments are nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
