Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges.
Return Period: Products may be returned within 30 days for a refund or store credit (see exclusions below).
Refund Eligibility:
- Unopened and new condition products are eligible for a refund (see exclusions below).
- Opened food products can be returned for store credit for a future purchase (see exclusions below).
- Used non-food products are not eligible for return.
Exclusions:
- Travel carriers (cages, carriers, bags)
- Replacement cage parts (trays)
- Live mealworms
- Opened jarred or canned foods
- Heating accessories (bulbs, lamps, rocks, pads)
- Melted yogurt products (Yogu Drops)
- Liquid products (Elimina, Kage Kleen, Vitaglow, Liquid Calcium Supplement)
Restocking Fee: Cages are subject to a $15 restocking fee. The cage must be returned in the original box with packing material.
Other Costs: Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If a package is refused, the shipper's original shipping cost and return costs will be automatically deducted from the return value.

- Ship your package to the return address below.
- Include a copy of your packing slip or order receipt in the package.
- Insure the package with the carrier in case of damage in return transit.
- Keep your tracking information for proof of return.
