Most shipments are collected by the U.S. Postal Service carrier, shipped via air service, processed through the Customs Department in your country, then transferred to your local carrier for delivery. We reserve the right to adjust the shipping cost estimated to whatever the actual charges by the carrier are.
Some countries' Customs Department will charge duties and taxes upon entry into your country, which are due on receipt by the recipient (customer). To determine these charges ahead of time, please contact your local Customs Department within your country. Exotic Nutrition is not responsible for any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes.
Please note that some of the items that we sell, such as live insects and foods with animal-origin ingredients, may not be allowed into your country because of customs regulations.
