Feeding Guidelines

Feed warmed formula every 3–4 hours for newborns, adjusting frequency as the animal grows. The amount consumed per feeding depends on species, age, and weight.

• Newborns: Feed small amounts frequently (6–8 feedings per day).

• Weaning stage: Gradually reduce milk intake while introducing solid foods.

Always feed using a syringe, nursing nipple, or dropper designed for small mammals. Stimulate urination and defecation after feeding by gently rubbing the genital area with a warm, damp cloth (for pre-weaned animals).
