I bought this cage along with the Madagascar. I hate this cage. The doors are so small so and they do not lay down when you open them' they stick out. It's hard to do anything or freely interact with your sugar glider. Also I bought a wheel and the wheel does not fit through the door. I had to take the cage apart to place the wheel in the cage. Horrible placement of doors as well. Very awkward. All I can hope for at this point is that they make a replacement piece with a large front door since it only slides in the front since it is not built into the frame itself. I doubt I can return it after putting it together. Uggghhh. So disappointed. I want another Madagascar. Do not buy this cage! -Zabrina T.

I've had this cage for about 4 years now and my gliders love it. The only problem I've seen with it has happened very recently when i was cleaning it, its starting to get rusty. only so far on the door handles and the small platforms that hold the floor onto the cage. This is nowhere that the gliders can touch it, but ill probably be upgrading soon. Overall a good cage and great size for the price I paid for it. -Brittney B.

I bought this cage a year ago. Best investment ever. Very sturdy, I see it lasting for many years. My sugar gliders love it! Intending on buying a second one. -Jeana P.

Only complaint we have on is the size of the doors. the 12in. silent runner wheels do not fit through the large doors. there for you need to lift out the floor to remove this size wheel every time it's time to clean. Other then that the gliders love the amount of room they now have! -Jean E.

Pay close attention to the assembly instructions as it is easy to assemble “backwards” which will leave you with large gaps. I had to call and ask for assistance with assembly. The staff was very friendly and helpful! I only rated three stars however because I am disappointed with the peak roof itself. There are two sets of instructions included. One for the flat roof option, and one for the peak roof. The peak roof assembly is shown without the flat roof, which would add some extra cubic feet for your fur babies to enjoy. However the staff insisted that the flat roof must be installed and that the peak roof is merely aesthetic. They agreed that the instructions were misleading in this regard. -Jacob W.
