Absolutely love this cage. Its affordable. It’s sturdy! It’s spacious…I need to buy more branches to fill it! It took me months to find a new cage for my green cheek conure. I knew I did not want the same big name cage my Starling is in…I regret that purchase. It’s flimsy, bends easily, the food doors broke first thing and the bottom shelf bows if you put anything on it. The Brisbane is sturdier, easier to assemble and nicer looking. It’s similar in size and price. I’m probably going to upgrade my starlings cage to this in the near future.

Beware! Haven’t even had the cage very long and screws and bolts to the doors are randomly coming off to where my gliders have now escaped multiple times. One of the side doors doesn’t like staying in place either. Been trying to find new nuts/bolts to tighten and it’s been impossible. Super frustrating when I can’t afford another cage already

We have never encountered this problem of screws and bolts coming loose or doors not staying in place with our Brisbane Cage before. Could you please email us with pictures or videos of the problem and any other details that may be helpful for troubleshooting? We also have replacement hardware available to ensure that your gliders are safe and secure in their cage.
This is a perfect cage for my cockatiel. His previous cage was small and flimsy. This cage is sturdy and spacious for my cockatiel.

We have 2 of the older styles then we got a 3rd with the wire floor and I love that they changed the liter tray from plastic to metal. They are awesome for our Southern Flying Squirrels and Northern Flying Squirrels. I customized mine by removing the side access doors and joining 2 of these cages to double the capacity through this passage. One photo shows a Northern sitting on the the perferated stainless passage I made. You could use welded wire to create the same passage. I bolted the 2 bases together, removing 2 casters because they were redundant and thats how I knew how wide the passage should be and it rolls & works like one cage. Now I see you can add height to an exsisting cage. I really like that, very flexable and well made cage!
