Crunchy Product

I’ve been a loyal customer for years and I’ve always loved these products. However, I’ve noticed that the shipping packaging could be improved. My two large bags were packed tightly into a cardboard box that was barely big enough for them. I haven’t opened the bags yet, but I’m worried that the way it was packed may have crushed and crumbled a lot of the contents.
