Included with purchase is a 30-day warranty to cover manufacturer defects. Damage caused by excessive chewing is not covered under the warranty. This cage is manufactured with durable wrought iron framing and welding wired bars. This cage is durable enough to house most chewing animals but some pets may become highly aggressive when caged, causing excessive chewing and pulling on cage bars, which may result in broken welding or bent bars. Again, damage caused by excessive chewing is not covered under the warranty.

Best Chinchilla cage yet

I don’t know who thought of making chinchillas cages out of wood, when they are constantly chewing wood! This cage is a miracle, my babies can’t escape and they are super happy in their new home. Very sturdy and easy to put together. I’ve had two cages before this one and this one is far superior. It even has the plexiglass to block the pellets from falling to the floor.

A MUST HAVE FOR CHINCHILLAS!

This mansion of a cage is amazing. Blew my mind and went above any expectations I had. I got two male chinchillas in the beginning of June and immediately noticed their cage was small. After researching for the perfect cage for months I found this and although I knew it'd be great, I'm amazed by the craftsmanship and the overall space. I did get the 6 tier mansion for anyone reading and would highly recommend it for chinchilla owners. Just go ahead and go all out for the little guys. The plexiglass on all levels also helps a bunch with stuff flying out when they are popcorning and going wild, minimizing clean up around the cage. Each level has removable trays and doors for access, what more is there to ask for? If you are purchasing this cage, I'd also recommend to get the covers for the ladders to protect their feet. I got them on here and they are nice and comfy. I filled up their new mansion with new toys and treats (from the site as well, all five stars) along with some of their belongings and let me say, Mario and Luigi love their new home! I highly recommend this cage, I highly recommend E.N., and I will be ordering for my chinchillas time and time again for their future needs. Thank you!

Would almost be perfect

My order arrived with some of the plexiglass broken and the door that opens was completely unattached so i had to find some screws and a nut myself to make it work. otherwise it seems like a great product
