    All 5000 mealworms arrived dead. Called customer service they said I should have purchased cold packs didn't know that was an option. They said they give me $20 off next purchase. I paid $53. Don't think so.

    Poor quality

    Second order shipped via FedEx and most of the worms are dead. Shipped yesterday and I had them held at FedEx. Picked them up before 10am n most are dead or dying. In the past these were high quality worms but it looks like they are shipping old or dying worms. Have been a customer for over 10 years but I will find another supplier to feed my birds. This company needs to revert back to the customer service of a few years ago.
