Contains: Glider Complete 2 lb. pellets, Instant-HPW 8 oz. fresh diet, and Gummivore-fare 8 oz. jar acacia based supplemental food.

Suggested Feeding: Offer Glider Complete free choice along with one tablespoon of Exotic Nutrition HPW. Serve high-calcium, low-phosphorus fruits & vegetables (Figs, Papaya, Green beans, Cabbage, Squash), limited to 25% of the diet. Gummivore-fare can be served a few times a week as a supplemental food or approximately 10% of the overall diet. Adjust the amount fed to ensure your pet maintains optimum body weight. Always provide multiple sources of bottled drinking water in the cage.
Sugar Gliders thrive with variety in their diet. This diet plan can be varied by offering Gliderade, Berries & Bugs, or other supplemental foods once your pet consumes all of their regular base diet. Glider-Cal and Glider Booster should be used when feeding supplemental diets or fresh fruits and vegetables.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place (under 70 °F). Refrigeration is highly recommended to retain full nutritional value. Store bag sealed, in an air-tight container free from pests and insects. Do not frequently expose food to a freeze/thaw cycle. If storing for longer than 8 weeks, refrigerate. Gummivore-fare must be stored refridgerated after opening, for 7-10 days.

This is the 2nd time I received a delivery and the yogurt bites were completely melted together. I tried several times to contact The company regarding this issue And I still have never received a response or a replacement. And this just happened again. If it wasn’t for this incident, I would be very pleased. So I’m really hoping to hear back. Thank you.

Tamara, We’re sorry to hear your yogu drops have melted in transit and apologize for any inconvenience. During these warmer months, unfortunately it is difficult to keep the yogurt drops consistent during transit. We do have a heat advisory posted on the product listing. The good news is that your yogu drops, although melted, are fine to feed to your pets. Simply place the bag in the fridge for a few hours then you will be able to chop the yogurt into smaller pieces to feed as usual. The ingredients are not compromised and are still a tasty treat for your pet. As a customer courtesy we sent you a store credit for this inconvenience, which you can use to purchase another treat. For future reference, the only way we can guarantee the condition of the yogu drops is if you add cold packs and ship by FedEx service. Otherwise, our best recommendation would be to wait until cooler temperatures to order yogurt products.

I did not realize what all I was purchasing until I opened the box. I followed all of the directions and prepared the food. The first thing the fur babies fell in love with was the HPW. It took them a little bit to discover their love for the gummy treat [Gummivore-fare]. At first, they shoved all of the dry pellets [Glider Complete] into it. They obviously do all of the neat things when I am sleeping. This morning I discovered that they devoured the gummy treat [Gummivore-fare]. Out of my four gliders, one of them has a sensitive tummy. He is thriving so much better with this starter pack than he was beforehand. I am super happy with this option! I am happy because they are happy and they obviously run the house at the moment. Starter Pack is a great option on a budget. I have two gliders and it lasts them almost two months or more. Plus I supplement with my own homemade HPW when available. My gliders definitely prefer their instant HPW watery and thin like pancake batter or they won't eat it. Trial & error works to find your pets texture preferences. Acacia gum is great to spread on toys and cage as a treat. Glider approved! -Lydia M.
