Happy with the Habitat

I got the medium sized habitat which is the perfect size with plenty of holes for ventilation for my mealworms.

Happy habitat

Well All I can say is it's Okay. Nothing special. This is the type of plastic that breaks real easy and wears out fast. This is my 2nd one being that my first one came broken to pieces. The box had been crushed during transport, , I can only use it as a very limited holding pen during Real Habitat clean up, say 10 to 20 minute. Any longer and my Pet won't be happy, not safe for transport due to the Plastic being very flimsy, cover does not stay on, had to wire it shut, Happy Habitat?! I won't be buying these death traps for anything that's not an insect, even so..get real , worst money waster I ever Had the not so privilege of buying, better reliability in a cardboard box, I actually feel bad that such a pristine company sells this cheap...Crap. SMH, If I were in charge of product ordering for the company. This is one product I'd remove from stock.

The large habitat I purchased is for raising mealworms. It arrived broken but customer service promptly responded and shipped a new bottom that arrived in perfect condition. The bedding and food is better than using oatmeal!

This is a great size due to the ease of stacking.

I’m having problems with opening and closing the large habitat. Even my spouse had the same problem but he finally got it. I raise mealworms for my sugar glider and this is the longest habitat I’ve purchased, it doesn’t fit on the rolling cart shelves. It’s roomy and takes about 3-1/2-4 pounds of substrate. Overall it’s one of those things.
