The treadmill was delivered very fast and it was better made than expected. It is very solid and very well painted.
I did have an issue with the bearing. The customer service team was able to promptly assist me with the issue and sent me a new bearing the same day.
I would 100% recommend getting this for your furry or scaled friend.

My Degus love it, but I was expecting it to be quieter. It makes a clinking noise as they run on it otherwise no issues with it.

We have used the plastic wheels that attach to the cage walls but they rattle a lot when our chinchilla runs on them. This wheel is much much better. We got the 14" which is a bit large but works fine. It's not entirely silent but we think some of that is his weight. :-D
My sugar gliders just love this. They wore out the last one!!
I bought the 11 inch wheel for my Syrian hamster and she loves it! Literally is always on it! She cannot have a regular wheel because she climbed it and escaped twice so this was the PERFECT ALTERNATIVE! She loves spinning on it, eating her meals and treats, and hide under it when she doesn't want to be bothered. Additionally, I'm not worried about her back or body being turned too much while running. It does not look like she is hurting herself while running.
For reference: The 11in wheel fits in a 40 gallon Zilla Reptile tank.
