Included with purchase is a 30-day warranty to cover manufacturer defects. Damage caused by excessive chewing is not covered under the warranty. This cage is manufactured with durable wrought iron framing and welding wired bars. This cage is durable enough to house most chewing animals but some pets may become highly aggressive when caged, causing excessive chewing and pulling on cage bars, which may result in broken welding or bent bars. Again, damage caused by excessive chewing is not covered under the warranty.

Best Rat Cage on the market

I've been looking for a cage for my pet rats for weeks now. But everything I saw either recommended or just out and about had two major draw backs:

1. Plastic Trays
2. No scatter guards

Then I ran into this cage. It's all metal, easy to put together (but you need a second person or a set of clamps) and has slots for the acrylic scatter guards built right in! You can buy the add-on for even more space long term.

It came in quick, no parts were damaged and it took me (mostly by myself) about 2 hours to assemble. My rats love it!

Of course I bought them a ton of accessories at the same time and those fit in perfectly.

My only con so far:

1. The shelves don't have scatter guards and the bedding keeps falling out.

10/10 would buy again.

Okay cage

The cage as a whole is okay, but the instructions are horrible. The trays leave a gap so the bedding can still fall out of the cage. Im disappointed because I was hoping this cage would keep th bedding off the floor.

Sturdy and nice attention to detail

There are few cages out there made with this much thought put into the build. I can say this is the best chinchilla cage we have bought in five years. We usually have to replace their cage every year due to wear. This one provides us confidence that it may last us longer than the brittle cages before it. The chins love their new home. The included cover has been perfect for them. They can’t get a ahold of it when applied correctly. One time I had it not laying correctly so they did get ahold of it. The cover did not rip or tear once. Overall their new home looks beautiful and it is a nice addition to a room!
