Included with purchase is a 30-day warranty to cover manufacturer defects. Damage caused by excessive chewing is not covered under the warranty. This cage is manufactured with durable wrought iron framing and welding wired bars. This cage is durable enough to house most chewing animals but some pets may become highly aggressive when caged, causing excessive chewing and pulling on cage bars, which may result in broken welding or bent bars. Again, damage caused by excessive chewing is not covered under the warranty.

2 tier cage

The cage is wonderful. I was a bit disappointed that some of the items were not in place such as the door handles and the tray handle and tabs that keep the tray in. Things that could have been done in factory and still shipped safely. Also connecting the 4 sides to the base was not an easy task. I could not get holes to line up. I also had to the squeeze the hooks on the ladder between levels closed because it kept falling down. Two days a few curse words, the cage is put together and my chinchillas are happy.

Nice Cage

The cage is well-made and has many great features that other cages lack. The quality appears to be very good. However, I can't give it five stars because the color match between the top and bottom parts is inconsistent; the bottom is a dark black, while the top is a lighter gray-silver. This difference is somewhat annoying for me to look at during the day—perhaps it's just my OCD—since I would have preferred them to match, especially since it cost a good amount and the cage is in my front living room. If your room is dark, you might not notice the difference as much. But overall is a nice cage

A bit pricey for the quality

Instructions were trash, items could have been labeled better, and the actually quality was questionable in certain areas. But my girl loves her new space and is super happy. So for her happiness alone, I give it three stars.

Fantasic Cage and Service!

We got this cage for our Chinchilla to replace the one we got at the pet store that started to fall apart. Once I got this one out of the box immediately I knew that this cage was substantially better than the pet store one, both in how big it is, and in the higher quality materials used to make it, with our previous one feeling like cheap trash in comparison.

We only had one issue - once we built both levels of the cage we noticed one of the glass panels that help contain bedding was missing. One night I sent an email to their customer service asking if it was possible to get a replacement for the missing panel and not even 8 hours later (before I woke up the next morning) I already had a SHIPPING notification for the panel. No fuss, no hassle, great service.

If I ever have to buy another cage or upgrade, I'll be back to Exotic Nutrition!

Great for a chinchilla!

I just got this cage for my notoriously picky chin, and she loves it!!! It is a great size, and strong enough for her jumping and flipping! It’s also really easy to clean!!! The building process was a LITTLE confusing, but very worth it!
