Included with purchase is a 30-day warranty to cover manufacturer defects. Damage caused by excessive chewing is not covered under the warranty. This cage is manufactured with durable wrought iron framing and welding wired bars. This cage is durable enough to house most chewing animals but some pets may become highly aggressive when caged, causing excessive chewing and pulling on cage bars, which may result in broken welding or bent bars. Again, damage caused by excessive chewing is not covered under the warranty.

Very satisfied with the purchase!

I really love the cage! It has made our life so much less hectic when it comes to cleaning the cage is a lot larger than I expected it to be. The only suggestion I would make is that there should be plastic liner tray for the pullout tray. This would make it so much easer for cleaning. I ended up purchasing a dog kennel tray that was close to the size of the pull out tray.

I used the 3 levels separately for 3 of my hogs so each has their own big space and it takes up less room in my hog room. 👍

Best Chinchilla cage yet

I don’t know who thought of making chinchillas cages out of wood, when they are constantly chewing wood! This cage is a miracle, my babies can’t escape and they are super happy in their new home. Very sturdy and easy to put together. I’ve had two cages before this one and this one is far superior. It even has the plexiglass to block the pellets from falling to the floor.
