Shipment label destroyed contents leaking

At first I thought is was usps fault the package was “undeliverable”. It was sent back to exotic nutrition, and resent to me in a tissue thin bag with two items inside being powder mix. When I finally got it, the label (address) was totally smudged and unreadable and one of the instant HPW was torn and leaking powder. Exotic nutrition could have avoided all of it by using a box like they usually do, and protecting the address label with shipping tape. It took two weeks to receive and several emails to get it straightened out. It’s a shame because up until now my purchases over many years from them were fine.
