Wasn't sure how well this ball would do but I added a fruit and nut blend of wild bird seed plus some soldier fly larvae bought here and it is being eaten. My biggest surprise is how large the container is. Picture looks smaller. Glad I bought 2. -

We filled ours with black oil sunflower seeds and our chickens are so happy! It keeps them from hoovering all of their treats at once, too. The ball feels well made and I think it will last through the wet Pacific NW winter just fine. -Libby
