Something needs to be done

This water bottle has malfunctioned twice after refilling which almost resulted in the loss of my sugar baby. The first time it happened i thought it was just user error but it made me vigilant in case it happened again. Sure enough it did and this time i couldn't fix it. It is something with the ball mechanism in the spout not letting water down. Very disappointed because the glass bottle is easier to keep clean but i would not trust this spout at all.

Too big

Too big for my cage….. you used to sell a smaller one.
