It came melted. It worked out ok putting in frig but wish company would have put soemthing when shipping before mailing

During these warmer months, unfortunately it is difficult to keep the yogurt drops consistent during transit. We do have a heat advisory posted on the product listing. The good news is that your yogu drops, although melted, are fine to feed to your pets. Simply place the bag in the fridge for a few hours then you will be able to chop the yogurt into smaller pieces to feed as usual. Exotic" has made the curating of "sugar" gliders very convenient. I have had my pair for some years (less than 10). they are ***** fond of nectar pods, omega strips, herbivore sticks, coconut "cereal" glider diet. and i prepare cantelope grapes, orange. Irwin is the male, Uluru is the female...named after the Irwin family of crocodile hunter fame and the Mountain in Northern territory. i sometimes serenade my beasties with didgeridoo which stirs them up a little. But I digress...thanks to Exotic for making feeding these little nocturnal silly "beasties" convenient. My only complaint: the price of Eucalyptus sticks ascended .

Be careful ordering in summer or hot climates!!! no shade against the company ofcourse it was just the shipping. Probably shouldn’t give this to my rat at all incase it causes stomach issues. Thanks

Good product, bad shipping!!

Love the product! However most every time I order them I have ordered them they arrive melted to eachother. Even with ordering ice packs and paying for expedited shipping! This makes it very hard to cut up into small pieces for my glider to enjoy. The company needs to do better with packaging these items so they will not melt!!
