I remelted and broke it into pieces as I was instructed. From the email response I received.My sugar gliders do not want it this way. Waisted my time and money. I did not see any indication from the site to fedex with cooling packs.

It came melted. It worked out ok putting in frig but wish company would have put soemthing when shipping before mailing

The good news is that your yogu drops, although melted, are fine to feed to your pets. Simply place the bag in the fridge for a few hours then you will be able to chop the yogurt into smaller pieces to feed as usual.
