Cold Packs are used to help keep products, like live mealworms and yogurt drops, cool during transit. Add at least 1 cold pack in temps above 80 degrees, or 2 cold packs in temps above 90 degrees (multiply x2 for every 5,000 worms). Cold packs are not guaranteed to stay frozen in transit and they do not guarantee the condition of your product without FedEx Priority Overnight shipping service.

Live Mealworm Guarantee: Worms are insured if a cold pack is added, FedEx Priority Overnight shipping service is selected at checkout and the package is received upon delivery. Exotic Nutrition does not guarantee live worms that are left outside, delivered to a mailbox, or undeliverable by the carrier.

More dead meal worms than usual

I’ve ordered 10k meal worms several times and have always had a great survival rate after overnight delivery. Unfortunately, this order fell short of my previous expectations.I’ve followed the same recommendations and instructions on keeping them fed etc…

I think it was WAY too small for the quantity of worms I ordered. I might be wrong but only a few survived.

Does not stay cold

This product does not stay cold/frozen long enough to protect the item it is meant to keep cold.

With two ice packs and overnight delivery the worms all look good except for a very few deceased ones
