If your order was covered under our Live Arrival Guarantee please reach out to our friendly customer service team including pictures of the condition of the worms to request a credit or replacement shipment. Unfortunately due to the perishable nature of the product we cannot guarantee live arrival when using economy shipping services. As mentioned in the description, we strongly recommend opting for FedEx Priority Overnight shipping with cold packs.     The mealworms were much smaller than usual and took much longer to arrive.

Due to a nationwide supply shortage, we've been having a harder time maintaining our usual standard of mealworms. This issue is out of our control, but we truly appreciate your understanding and patience.
