That’s why we offer a Live Arrival Guarantee—with specific conditions to protect both you and your order. 

How the Guarantee Works

Our Live Mealworm Guarantee applies when:

• You select Next Day Service shipping at checkout.

• Someone is available to receive and care for the package upon delivery (before 10:30 a.m.).

• If the shipment is delayed by the carrier, we assume responsibility.

If mealworms arrive DOA (dead on arrival), a claim must be filed with us within 12 hours of delivery by phone and email. Please note, we cannot make exceptions to this policy.

If you choose any other shipping method (Economy, Expedited, or 2-Day), the customer assumes full responsibility for the condition of the mealworms upon arrival.

Shipping Tips for Live Mealworms

Mealworms are sensitive to extreme temperatures. To give your order the best chance of arriving alive and healthy:

• Add Cold Packs or Heat Packs to help regulate temperature during transit.

• Select the fastest shipping option available (Next Day Service is always best).

• Ship to a location where the package will be received immediately (work, a friend’s house, or home where someone is available).

Choosing the Right Shipping Method

• Economy Shipping: Up to 7 business days (lowest survival rate).

• 2-Day Shipping: Faster, but not guaranteed.

• Next Day Service: 1 business day, covered under our Live Arrival Guarantee.
