Over the past 20 years we have experimented with many diverse ingredients and formulas in pet foods to determine the best possible 'species specific' diets. Testing for our formula begins in the laboratory where microscopic examination determines nutritional values and vitamin content of the foods. The second stage of testing begins on our own colony of animals, where all our foods, treats and supplements are fed for extended periods, and monitored to ensure palatability, good breeding results, and no deficiencies. When we are satisfied with the results from our first two stages of testing, we then send samples of our food to qualified veterinarians and breeders for examination and use.

When our foods are packaged, oxygen is extracted (because it is the main culprit in food spoilage, molds, yeast, and bacteria), and nitrogen is pumped in to keep the food at maximum freshness.
